The package consists of 5 sessions catered to assist you in all-round fitness and health. Themes will include: Ramp up your Fitness, Improve your Libido, Diet for High Performance, Stress Reduction and Prostate Care.

Sessions are negotiated and you can select from any or all of the following:

Ramp up your fitness – Learn to apply a range of exercises which improve mental and physical performance, weight loss and inner core strength. These exercises are suitable for work or home.

Improve your libido – Health check analysis and a formula for improving your sexual drive and performance through diet change, positive mental framing and herbal male care remedies.

Diet and High Performance – Gain an understanding of the key ingredients and nutritional foods which will work towards keeping you mentally and physically alert and well to deal more effectively with life challenges.

Stress Reduction – A practical session which applies a range of breath work therapies, posture alignment and mental attitude exercises which work towards reducing the stress response symptoms that steals your power and heightens anxieties.

Prostate care – Gain an understanding of the preventative measures which help to combat prostate problems. The session includes stress management, prostate exercises and toxic elimination awareness.

For Women

The persobalised healthy lifestyle support programme tailored for women. Sessions are negotiated and catered to assist you in all-round fitness and health. Themes will include: Reproductive health, Fibroids, Breast care, Hormonal Health (including peri menopause and menopause), Stress Reduction, Fitness and Exercise.
